Bill Energy Services Limited has it as a policy to manage security affairs as an integral part of its HSE Program — minimising the number of security-related incidents for staff, clients, and third-party personnel involved in our operations.

Engage an adequate number of trained security personnel in all areas of operation.
Appoint a Chief Security Officer to organise, coordinate, and implement all security tasks, responsibilities, and programs.
Ensure all security incidents are properly reported to clients and law enforcement agencies where necessary.
Investigate all security incidents, document reports, and cascade findings as learning points across the organisation.
Use local security personnel to protect equipment and facilities, fostering community rapport.
Provide work gadgets — walkie-talkies, torches, uniforms — and conduct regular security training for enhanced awareness.
Trained security personnel deployed across all operational areas at all times.

Health & Safety
We will establish a safe working system for our personnel and conduct our business in accordance with applicable statutory regulations and oil field best practices. We shall provide correct PPE for employees and enforce their use — compliance with our HSSE rules is a condition of employment for company and contractor personnel alike. All incidents, including near misses, will be promptly reported, investigated, and shared as lessons learned. We will establish contingency plans for foreseeable emergencies and regularly conduct exercises to train all on emergency response procedures.
Environment
We shall conduct all company operations with due regard to the preservation of the environment and in compliance with applicable local regulations, guidelines, and international codes of practice. We will develop environmental management plans, monitor effectiveness measures, and review as necessary to ensure continuous improvement in our environmental performance.
Security
We will partner with host communities to secure lives and assets across all our operating locations. We will apply non-confrontational security strategies in full compliance with National and International laws with respect to Human Rights — ensuring the dignity and safety of all persons is upheld at every level of our operations.
Community
We regard our host communities as stakeholders and our primary objective in the partnership is to promote capacity building. We will pursue proactive engagements with communities and utilise the implementation of sustainable development programs — ensuring that economic and social value flows back to the communities in which we operate.
